The base price of the ticket only includes your cost of entry to the event. It does not cover any processing or service fees, which includes:

  • Ticket distribution (online).
  • Processing your ticket order.
  • A secure network, credit card payment processing, merchant fees.
  • Fete Finder’s pricing is is 3% of the ticket price and $1 per paid ticket .

Convenience fees are normally added to any ticket not purchased at the venue or via a box office entity. It is regarded as a convenience fee since it allows you, the customer, to purchase a ticket without having to drive to pick up your ticket or wait in a line/queue, and in the majority of cases, your tickets are delivered directly to you via email (or downloadable directly from our site). Convenience fees are typically determined by the promoter or venue.

Order processing fees cover the basic costs of making tickets available online. Fete Finder’s order processing fee is 2.9% per ticket + $0.30.

When using Fete Finder’s payment processing, you as the Promoter, have the option to either “cover” your fees and pay them out of your ticketing revenue, or pass them along to your ticket buyers. The majority of promoters who pass fees to their buyers pay nothing out of pocket to use Fete Finder. If you decide to use a third party payment processor, you will be invoiced for your fees.

Yes you can! There are no enrollment costs, setup fees, or any other charges to list a free event. Our Fundamentals and Select packages are free for free tickets — we only charge you each time you sell a paid ticket. If you are charging for ticket sales, our fees vary by package.

A ticket type is a unique ticket combination of title, price, and availability that you design to create demand or appeal to different audiences. For example, an event with “Early Bird”, “General Admission – Female”, “General Admission – Male” and “VIP” has four ticket types.

Payments will be processed via PayPal or Stripe’s Payment Processing.

Payouts for your event can be transferred via Zelle, CashApp or PayPal. To make sure you get paid for your ticket sales, it’s crucial to enter your correct payout details.

Fete promoters set their own refund policies. Before requesting a refund, first check the event listing to see if the event promoter set a refund policy.
